IIGB Work Order Request Form

Issues with the Genomics building itself or cleaning services should be reported here. For specific pieces of equipment that are not built into the building, please navigate to the Equipment Repair section instead.

IIGB Equipment Repair Request

This form should be used to request repairs to equipment that is common to Genomics Building residents such as autoclaves, ice machines, etc.

For issues with the building itself, please navigate to the Building Maintenance and Cleaning section instead.

Instructions: Users should sign on with their UCR NetID, select the appropriate Date, and in the Facility dropdown menu, select one of the following:
